Healthy Recipes at Home that Rival Organic Restaurants in Dubai

When we think about eating breakfast that is both delicious but organic at the same time. We think of going out to eat at a Healthy Restaurant in Dubai. It’s a treat we give to ourselves once in a while, but why not daily? Why can’t we eat delicious healthy meals at home?

They might sound tricky but they are not. All you would need is a good idea and a recipe to turn everyday breakfast into a luxury meal.

Below are some easy recipes that are taste-tested to be delicious, you can follow for a quick yet healthy breakfast each day just like the ones we can have at an organic restaurant in Dubai.

Pumpkin French Toast:

1.      Whisk 1 cup of heavy whipping cream till soft peaks is formed.

2.      Add 1tbsp sugar and ½ tsp vanilla.

3.      Mix and whisk till soft peaks are formed and fold in 1 cup of organic pumpkin

4.      Cut the edges of toast and place on a baking sheet, mix 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 pinch of cinnamon. Pour the mixture on the toast.

5.      Layer with the pumpkin whipped cream and cover with toast.

6.   Let it sit in the refrigerator for some time or you can also refrigerate overnight to save time in the morning.

7.      Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.


Green smoothie Bowl:

For the topping of your bowl, prepare flakes and fruits of your choice.

1.      You can slice bananas, mangoes, pear, cherries, and pumpkin seeds for your topping.

2.      Blend almond milk, spinach, mangoes, and bananas. Mix until they’re smooth. You can use frozen fruits for a think and frosty consistency.

3.      Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with the sliced fruits and flakes of your choice.


Chia pudding:

1.      Whisk 1 ½ cups almond milk, ¼ cup chia seeds, 1 or 2 tbsp honey and 1 tsp vanilla bean      paste together.

2.      Then once they’re all mixed, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3.      Take out after an hour and pour in a cup, stir to break any clumps.

4.      Enjoy and if you want you can store it in the fridge again.

 

Pumpkin Proats

1.      Mix ½ cup oats, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 almond milk, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp honey in a bowl.

2.      Put proats in a jar and seal tightly, and store it in the fridge overnight.

3.      Add toppings, mix and enjoy

 

Peanut butter and jelly bar

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.      Combine 4 scoops of protein powder and 1 cup of oats in a processor.

3.      Pulse until a crumb texture is formed and set aside 1/3 cups of crumbs for the topping.

4.      Melt coconut oil on low heat and add 4 tsp peanut butter, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp vanilla

5.      Add together dry ingredients to wet ingredients and add 2 eggs, and pulse together.

6.      Add in ½ cups of oats

7.      Grease dish and put in a dish, smear the top with jam. Top with leftover 1/3 dry mix.

8.      Bake for 30 minutes, let it cool down, and enjoy.

You can still give yourself a break once in a while and go out to eat at an Organic Restaurant in Dubai.
