Making Organic Spaghetti with Beef Salad at Home like Any Restaurant in Dubai

A Mildly Spiced Healthy Spaghetti Dish of Dubai
1. The first thing to do is boil the pasta in salted water for 15 minutes or till it is completely cooked.
2. Meanwhile heat 1 tsp. olive oil and add sliced onions and peppers, 1 large each. Stir fry and cook till they’re golden brown.
3. Stir in 2 grated garlic cloves, 2 tsp. chilli powder, 1 tsp. ground coriander, ½ tsp. cumin seeds and mix well. Then add 400g tomatoes, chopped in thin slices or however you like them in half a can of water. Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Toss the avocado in lime juice and zest.
5. During the time you were preparing the stir fry, the spaghetti will be ready. Drain it under cold water and add some spoons of oil to it so it doesn’t stick together.
6. Toss everything together once the spaghetti is a bit cooled down. Top it with avocado and coriander leaves.

1. Make sure to take the organic steak out from the freezer 1 hour before so it can get to room temperature.
